There was some renewed interest in my Dragon poster, thanks to an LXM member sharing a photo of one beautifully matted and framed. If you are looking for the poster, look no further.

Profoundness abounds! I will have copies of the Dragon prints I made for sale at the Dragon! Stop by the Detroit Tuned tent to get a copy. The MOTD13 poster is strictly limited to 25!
Made a MINI poster about the dragon, not to be confused or associated with MOTD. Long story. Anyway if you’d like one you can get it here: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/766288829/the-dragon-us129-mini-cooper-limited-print-poster If we cover costs I will donate to the food bank at the dragon.
I’m in contact with the printer to see if I can do a smaller run of the Matte 11x17s, this is what is driving the current printing cost up.
So what began as a custom R53 poster for myself due to mismatched poster sizes at home has turned into a custom Minis on the Dragon 13 poster. I am considering making these availble in a limited (25-50) print run via a kickstarter campaign.
The text I wrote says: “11 Miles
318 Turns
This is why we drive
The Dragon. It’s all about that feeling you get. The smile on your face when you press the pedal down. The pop and burble from the exhaust as you brake into a sharp turn. This we cannot live without. This is what keeps us coming back to MINIs on the Dragon. This is why we drive MINI Coopers.”
Finally finished my poster design for an R53 ‘schematic’ design. Posted it up to Redbubble here. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out, the colors were reworked to match some existing art in our home. Unfortunately they don’t offer a standard movie poster size (27×40) so I need to put it up somewhere else, but wanted to get it out there. Also I did NOT add the squirrel, that is there on the Redbubble site 🙂
